In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have an amazing guest Ted Ryce who talks about his darkest moments, how he got through those traumas and tragedies, the importance of not just knowing your numbers but also knowing your health, the wellness wealth code, biohacking, Elite fitness, wearable technology, and how to optimize performance!

Ted Ryce is a leading personal trainer, health and wellness coach, and host of Legendary Life Podcast. He worked with hard charging entrepreneurs and investors with losing fats including Fortune 500 CEOs, and celebrities, including Richard Branson, Ricky Martin, and Robert Downey Jr.

Ted has overcome an enormous tragedy in life. He was 19 when his brother murdered, and later on another sibling committed suicide.  Nevertheless, these catastrophes made him stronger and led him to create a legendary life. He became a personal trainer at 22 years old, and is currently pursuing his passion of helping people make body transformation, and put lifestyle into that peak state!
