Never Finished: Unshackle Your Mind And Win The War Within - By David Goggins - I didn’t think he could rival his first New York Times Best Selling Book, Cant Hurt Me, but he did. This book is packed full of fire, inspiration, and wisdom from one of the most insane endurance athletes and professionals on the planet. I am almost done with the audiobook and the podcast format and Q&A after each chapter is worth every penny. Even if you don’t intend to be a glutton for punishment like Goggins is, there’s endless wisdom in this book through amazing storytelling that will inspire you on your own path to achieving greatness in whatever capacity it is that you desire. 5 stars for sure!
Wisdom of the Week
When you evolve, your inner circle must be willing to evolve with you. Otherwise, you may subconsciously halt your own growth to avoid outpacing or losing contact with the people who mean a lot to you, but may not be able to keep up with you. You have to be ok with the idea that certain friends and relationships will be seasonal or may look different as you chase your dreams, unless you decide those relationships are more important to you than unlocking the greatness you have within. The right people won’t mind, because they see greatness within you and want what’s best for you. The wrong people will be bitter about your growth and will always choose their own selfish needs being met first. Be aware of these people and audit your inner circle often.

Something I’m Enjoying Using:
My Cold Plunge - Over the last few years, I’ve been hearing more and more about cold plunges. After watching the Chris Hemsworth documentary Limitless on Disney+ about health, wellness, and longevity, I decided to optimize my wellness routine and buy the equipment to make a DIY tub. Now, I do a 20 min daily sauna session, 3-5 minute cold plunge, and then 10-15 minutes in the spa afterwards. That being said, this wellness routine can get expensive quick, so I decided to do some research and found this great DIY cold plunge video on how to make a $10,000 cold plunge for less than $1500. All I can say is I feel absolutely amazing with my new routine and I encourage anyone who is looking to take their health and recovery game to the next level to give it a try.
