Wisdom of the Week
Success, wealth, freedom, fulfillment…they all have different meanings and definitions to different people. Many people think these titles are only achieved when you’ve got money, status, and power. While I agree that those things are a component of those definitions, there’s much more to winning at the highest levels in life and business. This is my definition of success and the mindset I use for playing full out and making every day count!

Question: Im struggling on how to get my business to the next level and often doubt I have what it takes. I feel scattered, spread thin, and constantly burnt out without any signs of getting ahead. Answer: When scaling your business, the foundation of it all is key. I like to simplify your business foundation into 3 buckets…People, Product, Process. The 3 ways of growing a real business is through getting quality people, to follow quality processes, that sell and service your core product and customer. Once you master and document the processes of your core product/service, then you can plug more people into the systems (leverage) that generate consistent results (scale). Creating systems aren’t sexy, but are a necessary part of enabling scale and creating predictability for any business. Without predictable results in your business, you truly don't have a real business!

I haven’t been hear in decades, but was reminded how much fun you can have when you’re with people you love. I whooped up on both my girls in skeeball, hoops, air hockey and well lets be honest…pretty much every single game they invited me to play. No prisoners :)
