Nicholas McGrue

Nic McGrue is the founding attorney at Polymath Legal PC, specializing in transactional law across syndication, real estate, business, and entertainment. He is licensed to practice in California and Washington and also holds a California Real Estate Broker’s License. Nic earned his J.D. from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where he was actively involved in student leadership and legal organizations, and later obtained an LL.M. in Taxation & Financial Services. At Polymath Legal, Nic assists developers, syndicators, investors, and entrepreneurs with syndications, business legal strategy, real estate transactions, contracts, and related items. His work has helped clients raise capital for over $2.5 billion in assets. Beyond his legal practice, Nic is a tenured professor of business law, teaching business and real estate courses at multiple academic levels. Outside of work, Nic enjoys playing the saxophone, hiking, card magic, traveling, and exploring new interests.
