Cherif Medawar

Cherif Medawar is an experienced investor and an educator with over 35 years of active transactions in residential and commercial real estate. 

His journey began in California, where he sharpened his skills working for an international billionaire financier for 8 years through the 80’s. 

Cherif’s first deal on his own was in Southern California in 1989, a duplex. And through the years he grew his real estate portfolio to over $100 million dollars. 

He is the largest owner of commercial historic properties in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico, in the city of Old San Juan, since 2004. CREPR.com

Through the years Cherif has also been a Real Estate Fund Manager, he launched his first fund in 2009, and the 2nd in 2015. Both were filed with the SEC under regulations 506B and 506C. The portfolio encompasses commercial and residential projects across the US and Puerto Rico.

His ambition extends beyond building his personal portfolio. In 1998, he founded his training and investment company, CMREI.com.
