Andy Weiner

Andy Weiner is the CEO and Founder of RockStep Capital, a Houston-based real estate investment firm specializing in shopping center developments across secondary and tertiary markets. With a strong educational background from Stanford University (Economics and Political Science) and the University of Texas (MBA), he completed Harvard's business program for retail executives and began his career working in his family's retail business.

Since 1997, Weiner has led RockStep Capital in building or acquiring over 9.7 million square feet of shopping centers across 11 states, maintaining an impressive track record with no capital calls and no assets returned to lenders. A proud Houstonian and Astros fan, he is also a multilingual professional fluent in Spanish, French, and English, with additional language studies in Italian, Japanese, Greek, and Hebrew. His passion for aviation and history complements his professional mission of revitalizing HomeTown America through strategic real estate investments.
